Almost 24 hours live! All of the comments and feedback have been positive (although none of them were posted on the site, just emailed to me... but trust me, it was all positive). I just added PF Changs for those who love Asian food. It was requested by someone who just ate there the other night and wished the site had been up (you know who you are)!
PF Changs has a great Gluten Free menu and many Vegetarian options. They even offer a gluten free dessert! However, due to portion sizes, the options for low sodium, low carbohydrate an low Calories were limited. It took me a while before I realized their nutrition info was based on 2, 3, 4 portions (and sometimes more). Some items that may surprise you: there's a strip steak I've selected. That's right! It fit in the 1800 Calorie and low Carb diets. Enjoy! I threw in some low sodium choices (lemon chicken and crispy honey chicken) that are really just low sodium, and don't fit any of the other diets. They are higher in Calories than most of my usual selections (1145 and 1210 each). This could be good for someone watching their sodium intake, but not Calories (maybe an athlete with high blood pressure?) or for two people watching their sodium to share. I look forward to some feedback on the choices.
